About Agra

It serves as the location for one of the seven wonders of the world, The Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is considered one of the best examples of Mughal architecture and is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Agra is a center for learning, architecture, religion, culture, arts, and commerce.

Their endless circle of agony and hunger needs to be broken, and we, the people of Agra, known for our rich culture, an abundance of love, and royal heritage, need to give food to the less privileged.

We as a community, of our selfless and diligent members, act as a bridge between people who have surplus food, and people who have a scarcity of food. During festivities in Agra, along with joyous celebrations, often there is a surplus of food, which goes to waste. Roti Bank collects this leftover food and gives it to the poor and the needy.

Our aim

How can you donate?
There are two ways in which you can bring a change and donate food to the poor.
- You can contact us to collect leftover food from your doorstep. This food will be given to the hungry children and people in the city.
- You can also donate a sum of money, from which food will be purchased for the poor, without a single penny going into our own pockets.
